We have recently won another opportunity to work with a large national NHS (National Health Service) trust to help improve wireless configurations on all Apple and Android devices. risual will use the existing Microsoft endpoint manager in particular the Mobile Device Management (MDM) and the Mobile Application Management. The trust would like to integrate these new features for employees to experience a more modern workplace.
After discussing the different options available, risual and the trust agreed on utilising the existing Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) while defining an IOS policy that is compatible with Android policies.
In this first part of our project, the IT department of the trust is reviewing the potential requirements of Microsoft Intune Planning, end user devices, applications, and software they would like to deploy. Our experts are taking registering all the requirements from the client to design a bespoke and successful deployment throughout the organisation.
Our process.
As we proceed into the implementation of the project, risual will provide a corporate device to help the client with its services offered with the support of Office 365 licensing. The trust will have access to Managing apps with ease, mobile phone security to manage & enforce policies on employee mobile devices. Working remotely & remaining secure in a cloud environment is a key factor of success for the organisation.
Our experts will support the IT (Information Technology) staff members from the trust to design a pilot with MDM compatible with IOS and Android policies to develop a managed corporate device. We will be closely monitoring the projects with consultancy efforts to ensure the trust does not run into technical issues or requires further recommendation and support.
