Looking to skill up your organisation?

Since 2015, risual Education has provided training and apprenticeships to organisations across the UK. risual Education supports students gaining their apprenticeship qualifications and delivers end-user training to help organisations adopt technology.

We can help your organisation upskill or reskill your employees through a successful digital skills engagement, and we can also help you grow your own talent with our award-winning apprenticeship program.

End User Training

In the process of deploying new technology and want to ensure your end users are trained on how to use it? We offer bespoke classroom taught training across the Microsoft suite, providing your employees with the skills and knowledge they need to maximise the new technology and support the drive of digital transformation.

Technical Training

risual’s Technical Training also complements our transformation portfolio but provides learning in much more depth, and for specific technologies. This training equips workforces with fundamentals skills needed to use latest technologies such as Azure and Microsoft 365.

Looking to utilise your Apprenticeship levy and want to invest in loyal talent? risual Apprenticeships give learners the opportunity to achieve industry recognised Microsoft certifications in addition to their core academic qualifications. Industry Standard Assessors provide guidance on qualifications to meet business needs along with training.

Maximise your Apprenticeship Levy

The apprenticeship levy is paid by organisations with wage bills in excess of £3 million at a rate of 0.5% regardless of whether they reclaim funds to purchase apprenticeships. This money goes into the organisations Digital Apprenticeship Service account and must be used within 24 months.

There are incentive payments available for the recruitment of 16-18 year olds subject to status of the employer and apprentice. It is imperative that employers are engaging with apprenticeships and risual can support companies with how to manage this. Our Employer Engagement Managers can help you profile your levy spend by looking at your projected growth and future recruitment needs, and planning degree level progression routes for apprenticeship starts in your organisation.
