The client is the leading force in learning & development for professional service firms, delivering learning content in compliance, law and tax. They recently wanted a platform which could deliver learning content internally to users within the company itself, which seamlessly interfaced with Microsoft Teams.
Microsoft Viva Learning is a centralised learning hub within Microsoft Teams, that provides users with personalised learning content that they can browse whenever required. This learning content can be collated from sources including LinkedIn Learning, Microsoft Learn, and third-party providers such as Udemy. In addition, organisations can host in-house learning content which is stored in SharePoint Online.

The client can now upload learning content into SharePoint Online, separated in various content libraries which can be delivered to the company’s users using specific permissions so that users can have tailored learning content to consume.
The client is now looking to further enhance this capability by providing more content for their staff, not just from SharePoint but from other sources such as LinkedIn, Udemy and other online training platforms.
