A council launched Microsoft Office 365 to enable employees to work from home with any connected work device. The organisation was satisfied with the numerous benefits but required to enhance the security structure of the new platform to avoid data leakage and protect information.
We created sensitivity labels that were configured in the compliance portal to enable further work flexibility for employees and ensure they are able to classify their documents securely. Following this work, the council have seen the following benefits:
