Situation 

A Community Benefit Society experienced growth and wished to expand its IT department. The organisation desired to achieve this through a company which already had an understanding of the IT industry. The organisation previously used the traditional college training method but wished to try something new to develop the relevant workforce and match its growth.  

Task  

The client required the services of an IT expert such as risual to develop a new workforce. The organisation wanted to include relevant IT skills and communication in the training to ensure its development objectives were met. 

Action 

risual listened to the client’s requirements through several meetings, involving its Team Acquisition Manager and the IT leadership team to gather specific information.  

risual recruited and developed the relevant workforce for the organisation, including an Information Communication Technician Level 3 apprentice and a Digital Marketing Level 3 apprentice. 

Result 

The organisation can now benefit from a skilled workforce, motivated to progress to higher levels of qualification. Employees feel more confident in their new roles due to the expert training provided by our Microsoft Certified trainers and assessors.

Next steps 

The organisation is willing to pursue the development of its workforce with risual, as the progression of two employees on a Level 4 apprenticeship was recently discussed.
