The option to upgrade Windows 10 through Intune is now available through the feature updates in Microsoft Endpoint Manager. This can be done by:
- Logging in to the Microsoft Endpoint Manager Admin center
- Going to Devices, Features Updates for Windows 10 and later (preview)
- Clicking Create Profile
Continue through the wizard and select a group. Personally I would test this before applying to all devices.
Machines that meet the Windows 11 requirements – What’s new in Windows | Microsoft Docs and are enrolled in Intune and are Hybrid AD joined or Azure AD joined will upgrade.
If the machine doesn’t meet the requirements it will stay on the current Windows 10 version.
The user must also have the correct license: Windows 10/11 Enterprise E3 or E5 or Windows 10/11 Education A3 or A5
