Effective as of Tuesday 8th June 2021 risual have appointed two new Executive Board members. Brian Cain and Amanda Sharp will join the risual Executive Board as Director of Consulting and Director of Managed Services.
These promotions are welcomed after significant growth for risual, the organisation has increased revenue and net profit significantly, despite the global pandemic. Through this growth, investment is a priority for risual ensuring continued investment in their people and the IT sector to drive positive change.
Brian has been a dedicated member of risual for 10 years, joining as a Unified Communications Consultant and going on to lead the Consulting division. Speaking in his Director of Consulting role Brian said:
“I’d like to thank risual for this opportunity. In my 10th year with risual, I am grateful and excited to play a more strategic part in what comes next for us as a company; specifically, achieving significant growth in EBITDA and maintaining world-class NPS.
I want us to build on the excellent services we already provide to our clients. I will be working closely with our internal teams, Microsoft and our other partners to ensure we are ready to take advantage of the opportunities in the marketplace.”
Amanda, who joined risual in 2014, started her journey as a Service Delivery Manager and soon led the Managed Services Division said:
“I am honoured to be offered the role of Director of Managed Services and am delighted to accept it. I would like to thank risual for this opportunity to take a step up and work at a more strategic level.
I’m extremely excited about the future of risual, and proud to representing Managed Services at board level. I’ll be working with the teams to ensure that we realise as much long-term value from services to drive towards our EBITDA and NPS goals.”
Brian and Amanda will join existing Board members Alun Rogers (CEO), Richard Proud (Chairman) and Kate Lincoln (Director of Corporate Resources) as well as the currently un-appointed Chief Revenue Officer role. This organisation remodel is the first of many to support future growth and provide building blocks for risual.
