We’ll be hosting a webinar on the 25th of February to share with you the benefits.
Hello Portal is designed by risual to give our clients access to information about live engagements on a sophisticated platform. We’re giving you the chance to minimise delays via email or phone and have constant status updates via Hello Portal. The portal has been carefully designed to help provide a digital and easy-to-use area to check the progress of live engagements, raise new cases and tickets, and manage client information. We also have efficient and fast support on hand from our friendly advisors once our clients have signed up for their account. We’ll not only give you access to live project information whenever you want, but it will also allow you to request updates on projects directly.
We’re hosting a webinar on the Thursday 25th of February at 10am to walk through the Hello Portal, a second webinar will be held on the 18th March for those who cannot attend but please try to attend the 25th of February webinar to get the latest information, and to take advantage of Hello Portal as soon as possible.
