How to see what’s going on in a Teams call.

Whenever the consultants in risual have a call, it tends to be using Teams and there is usually a screen-sharing going on. However it can be awkward to see what is on the screen (especially if we’re using our Surface tablets), so how do we make it easier to read the screen?

When you are watching someone’s screen-sharing, notice the triple dots on the top bar? Click on that and you’ll receive a drop-down with a number of options. The ones we want “Focus” and “Full Screen”. This removes all the superfluous bars and icons, and leaves you with just the screen and the top bar.

The end result? An easier and much comfortable way to watch presentations and screen-sharing.
