A new feature just being rolled out to Microsoft 365 is the Productivity Score report. It provides a detailed dashboard containing metrics, insights and recommended actions to help you understand how your employees are using Microsoft 365 and help you improve collaboration and productivity accross your organisation.
Two areas are covered by the report:
- People experiences – provides metrics on how people are using Microsoft 365, including what devices they are using, which workloads and how they are collaborating with other people.
- Technology experiences – provides metrics on how the devices and services people are using are performing.
Clicking on a category provides additional detail relating to that area of productivity. For example, clicking on the Content collaboration category displays the report shown below.
Many of the metrics also show peer benchmark values so you can compare your productivity maturity with other organisations like yours.
Productivity Score is rolling out now and should be available in your tenant shortly. It is available from the Reports menu in the Microsoft 365 admin center to anyone with the Reports Reader or above role assigned to their account.
