risual Limited, 84th Best Small Company to Work For in 2020

Following a hugely successful year, we are so excited to announce that we are not only in the top 100 Best Small Companies to Work for but that out of all Small Companies in the UK we are the 84th best to work for!!

After attending ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For 2020 Awards’ on the 19th February 2020 we are extremely proud to announce that we are the 84th Best Small Company to Work for in the UK!

risual was founded on the core values of openness and trust, values that we still champion after 15 years of successful IT transformations. Our latest award ‘84th Best Small Company to Work For in 2020’ proves that remaining an ethically driven business, built on openness and honesty will deliver long term rewards and satisfied clients and staff.

risual’s “relaxed but proper” approach to working practices have naturally resulted in external validation and the belief that risual is a best place to work. risual has been nominated in the 100 Best Small Companies to Work for category for the fourth time and we couldn’t be prouder of our people, culture and organisation.

The results have come direct from our employees, which confirms risual is a great place to work and that our organisation’s values are aligned to the success and happiness of our employees. We also received a 3 star accreditation from the Best Companies based entirely on employee feedback. Our investment in apprentices and graduates has meant that we have created a young and optimistic atmosphere that allows people of all experiences, backgrounds and abilities to be part of the growing #risualfam.

Our employees are all encouraged to develop their passions, and our consultants run a volunteer podcast called risual Radio where they discuss technology. During our pizza nights budding DJs, stand-up comedians, and chefs have all shown off their talents.

“When people are engaged, they feel connected to each other and to the aims of the organisation they work for. They believe in a shared purpose and feel they play an important part in fulfilling it.
An engaged workforce is more motivated and productive because people take pride in what they are doing and have faith in those around them. This leads to better working relationships, greater collaboration and ultimately a more successful organisation.” – Best Companies
