G4S Risk Management are market leaders in protecting clients critical infrastructure and assets in low infrastructure, complex, hostile environments, on a truly global scale. In order to successfully support and optimise their operations G4S Risk Management embarked on an IT transformation program to drive standardisation, automation and improve availability management across their business. At the core of this transformation was the implementation of Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager 2012 to enable them to support their global IT estate. The implementation has seen considerable efficiency gains, improved support capability and improved asset management capability whilst improving deployment and audit compliance across and entire IT Estate. The transformation has seen G4S Risk Management upgrade to some of the latest versions of Microsoft technologies utilising its Microsoft Enterprise and software assurance Agreements to achieve a more standardised set of platforms and management toolsets. Microsoft was asked to recommend a best of breed partner to G4S Risk Management, who could assist them with their transformation program and as such the Tier 1 partner risual was selected as one of the trusted partners to participate in the transformation journey.
