As a services and people driven organisation your opinion really matters to us. risual implemented Net Promoter® Score in 2019, to ensure we are holding ourselves accountable for the level of service we provide to you. All feedback is raised, discussed and actioned through a series of internal processes to ensure potential issues are ratified quickly and individuals are celebrated for the great work they have delivered.

We are proud to have a world class Net Promoter® Score of 86.35.

Our responses are received from our managed clients, new clients as well as our Managed Services feedback channels. We take a huge amount of pride in the work that we deliver, ensuring we are always following best practice and gaining accreditations and advanced specialisations to keep up with the fast paced market. This innovation and delivery structure is reflected in our incredible score.

How Net Promoter® Score works?

It’s just one simple question, ‘would you recommend risual to a friend or colleague?’. However, the score allows us to learn, grow and show recognition and reward. Below is how the score is determined.

Detractors

‘Detractors’ give a score lower than 6. They were disappointed with the level of service they received from us and would be unlikely to recommend risual to a friend or colleague.

Passives

‘Passives’ give a score of 7 or 8. They typically feel indifferent about the service they received and would be easily swayed to move to a competitor providing similar services.

Promoters

‘Promoters’ give a score of 9 or 10. They love the service they received from risual. They would purchase again and would definitely recommend risual to a friend or colleague.

What this means?

We want our clients to love our services so much they want their friends and colleagues to join the club!
