A facilities management company were searching for a solution in which enabled them to work closer with its partners and integrate systems to provide a more efficient and smoother service to its customers. The organisation were working closely with a Public Sector organisation across two completely separate CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) platforms.

The company engaged with risual Ltd prior to a pre-existing relationship to begin working on an integration project to improve its services. Firstly, the facilities management company and risual worked alongside each other to develop a strong relationship – allowing risual to really understand the needs and requirements the organisation had.

After working closely with the organisation, risual were able to scope out a design and build phase to show how they were going to build an application to meet their requirements within the agreed timescales. risual’s Application Development team and Cloud Specialists kick started the project immediately to ensure they would meet the tight timescales for deployment of the application.
