The problem

Faccenda Group Ltd are a fast growing leading UK food company, supplying quality fresh and convenience chicken and turkey products to an impressive range of customers within the retail and food service sectors.  It is privately owned and a fullyintegrated business controlling the whole product supply chain, from farms, hatcheries and mills, to factories, warehouses and distribution operations. The group employs nearly 3000 people at sites across England and Wales. DLC is part of the group and is one of the largest privately owned debt collection companies in the UK, working in partnership with corporate clients, providing a full range of debt recovery services.
