The existing solution comprised of Excel workbooks and numerous manual steps that wouldn’t support scaling to meet incoming demand.
When carrying out an audit the business requests policy documentation, video recordings, audio clips and images to ensure they can carry out a thorough inspection. By using Power App Portals risual implemented a data capture solution and automatically fed the returned data into an automated audit process. They would have full visibility of their files including files submitted by the business, including their final ISO Accredited certificate. In addition to file management, the platform also included a secure chat function ensuring all conversations were recorded and protected.
Security continues to underpin any engagement conducted with risual, with hybrid and flexible working, it’s important to ensure all processes and technologies used continue to proactively prevent and protect against any potential security breaches.
They now have a fully automated platform that supports the capture and processing of documents securely.
