A local council working with risual completed the initial foundation of its business transformation journey by successfully adopting Microsoft Office 365. The main challenge which required third party support was adopting the technology to embrace further capabilities, this was due to seemingly untameable data.
In partnership with Automated Intelligence, risual and AI were brought into the project to drive true value. The client implemented various technologies including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, however, end-users were not adapting to change and utilising the latest capabilities. The client wanted to use the powerful technologies, but needed to collate, manage and understand its data first.
Throughout the engagement, the client made it clear that Governance was a large part of its culture and wanted to keep the strong governance-management policies up to date to overcome their data challenges.
