With the new partnership, the client is now able to recruit two Software Developer Level 4 apprentices and meet the initial requirements of supporting the growing workload. The client was able to conduct interviews and hire with minimal time constraints using the support of risual education. The hired apprentices developed their knowledge and skills on the job with the support of risual education’s remote delivery.
