The clients are specialists in technology – providing a comprehensive suite of talent and training services helping individuals and companies to be winners in the digital revolution. They previously partnered with an alternative third party to support their Dynamics platform however due to a recent merger could no longer use their services. They moved over to risual to provide the required support which included day to day enhancements including system integrations (Companies House, HubSpot, Etc) and normal system changes. 

risual provided dedicated resource in the form of Business Applications Consultants and Dynamics developers to provide the required support and advise on platform enhancements. Therefore helping to build new functionality and on-board existing functionality; developed by Pythagoras.  

The business has trusted risual with their platform and now want to pursue the deployment of Dynamics 365 Customer Service. risual have already started this work including system integrations with Azure. They have benefitted from this partnership as they now have available resource who can enhance the platform. The company can now continue to benefit from developing their environment and build an internal knowledge base amongst employees and also continue to support client high-end users with the platform. 

The next steps for the client is to continue Dynamics 365 Customer Service Deployment; identify areas where we can provide more value and add more features to the platform.
