A large council with an ongoing relationship with risual were in position to deploy Microsoft 365 to their end users, and wished to empower them to work from any location or device whilst maintaining control of their data.
They wanted to prevent accidental or intentional leakage of data and wanted to use the Information Protection solution and tools to help widen the options that are available to users for working by having the appropriate controls in place, but without adversely impacting their productivity.
Protecting data with Information Protection
risual worked with the client to implement a simple and intuitive solution which allowed end users to label documents, which further supported their Information Classification policy. The solution was compatible with the various ways users worked – Windows 10, Office 365 online and mobile devices – and worked in a flexible manner in office and remote. With the client already having Microsoft 365 deployed and Office 365 capabilities, risual were able to expand onto new workloads such as MIP.
