Apprenticeship Levels

Here at risual education, we often get asked the question:

What is the difference between a Level 3 apprenticeship and a Level 4 apprenticeship?

All apprenticeships are focused around work based learning, with formal and theoretical learning taking place through live classroom delivery.

They can take between 1-2 years to complete depending on the digital course enrolled on. The majority of your time will be spent working with the employer: learning, developing your knowledge, skills and behaviors, and some with risual education to negotiate SMART targets to guide you to your end goal – End point assessment.

Level 3 apprenticeships are equivalent to 2 A-level passes and can be your first steps into the digital sector or gain core fundamental skills to develop your career.

Level 4 apprenticeships are equivalent to a foundation degree and are linked to a specialism in a specific area/ skill set e.g. Cyber Security, Data Analysts, Software Developer

Additional higher level digital apprenticeships are available, so the sky is the limit.
