Proud to share risual Managed Services recent NPS feedback.
Last week rMS received feedback from clients in the Manufacturing, Education and LRG sector rating 9 out of 10 or higher on the Net Promoter Score. risual is extremely passionate about delivering a credible service to all clients.
In 2019 risual worked with a Global Solutions Provider to improve its existing Managed Services contract to create a tailored and customised support service. The client and risual have worked closely together throughout this contract to develop a transparent and strong relationship. Last week, the Global Solutions Provider rated risual a 10/10 and said “An amazing and professional technical services. All issues are being serviced and resolved through courteous and speedy customer service. I’m a very happy customer”.
UK based Charity who provide £1 million per year for a variety of initiatives and projects rated risual 10/10 with the following comment: “No issues with the service provided and have spoken to another part of the organisations about risual”.
We also received feedback from clients in the Education and LRG sector rating the risual service 9/10 stating:
- “Happy with the service provided”.
- “Support as a whole is positive and the team have always been good when cases have been raised in the past”.
