What is end-point assessment?
End-point assessment (EPA) is the process for assessing the apprenticeship standards in England. Your apprentice needs to pass their EPA to successfully complete their apprenticeship.
As risual Education is closing in on 2019, we have reflected on the EPA success stories achieved throughout the year. In total 67 Apprentices have progressed to End Point Assessment which includes –
- A summative Portfolio
- A Synoptic Project
- Employer Reference Form
- Interview
To date, risual Education have received the following:
Pass – 24
Merit – 18
Distinction – 25
Overall we have a 64% high grade (Merit or Distinction) average at present, the benchmark was set at 50% in January 2019 and we have only achieved this down the hard work and dedication from all Apprentices, staff and management.
Everyone in the Education team are really excited for 2020 to work with Apprentices to achieved their goals while also delivering Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft O365 to name a few training courses open to technical and non-technical individuals.
