Cloud Adoption – So through cloud adoption we provide azure optimisation and administration services as well as O365 administration and licensing reporting. We offer azure gold image, a managed 365 environment which our support desk will keep up-to-date and working 24 hours a day 365 days a year along with floorwalking on site support from our specialist consultants. As well as tenant management and consumption reporting so you know exactly how much you are consuming of your products and where your spending but not necessarily using your systems.
Proactive Management – So Proactive management offers cloud migrations, SQL DBA services and proactive monitoring, such as seeing and stopping an issue before it happens through predictive technology. Providing service delivery reports, scheduled configuration changes and backup management so that your files remain secure throughout and we can proactively defend your data and see problems coming.
Code-as-a-service – So we can provide cloud deployments, DevOps metholodgy, agile development within a managed delivery. When deploying or carrying out the delivery we offer continuous feedback and alerts throughout, alongside automated alerts which our 24 hour, 365 days a year support team will handle.
