Just a quick fix this time,  this is an issue that we have seen for end users, what happens is that their search breaks in outlook and deosnt provide all of their emails even though they are certain the emails used to be there. This is due to the indexing now functioning as it should, however this can be fixed in a matter of a few clicks.

First open up outlook and click File > options > Indexing Options > advanced settings.

You then simply need to click the ‘Rebuild’ option, one thing to note is that you will not be able to search the mailbox while it is rebuilding. The time taken to do this is completely dependent on how big the mailbox is. Once this is complete however simply restart outlook and the mail should now be searchable.
