An absolute huge congratulations to Charlie Lennon for winning the IT Support Engineer of the year!
Charlie has been recognised for his hard work, dedication and efforts towards constantly improving himself to be the best apprentice out of his cohort. He has continuously shown persistence and preservation is key when doing an apprenticeship.
Due to Charlie’s mindset and passion to learn more, he has impacted the organisation massively – with a constant customer satisfaction score of one (exceeding expectations) including customers such as Essex Police. Charlie is excelling constantly with his exams and has passed endless amounts including;
- 413 Designing and Implementing a Server Infrastructure
- 412 Configuring Advanced Windows Server 2012 Services
- 411 Administering Windows Server 2012
- 410 Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012
- 98-365 Windows Server Administration Fundamentals
- 98-366 Networking Fundamentals
The transformation we have seen as an organisation in Charlie’s confidence and work ethic has been phenomenal and to be involved in watching Charlie develop as an individual and a valued employee has also shown great impact across the organisation. His confidence has grown over such a short period of time, starting with not talking to anyone internally/externally to fully growing and taking lead roles in customer calls, meetings and presentations.
