The first solution is Workplace Analytics solution for teamwork which helps build collaboration habits and mater their time by guiding organisations through 3 main steps:
Discover collaboration challenges – Use data from all work in Office 365 for example emails and meetings to help discover challenges such as meeting overload, minimal time for focused work or high out of working hours work. These insights can be combined with engagement survey results to find connections between work patterns.
Empower teams to change – Enrol teams in change programs to help build better habits such as bringing agendas to meetings to pursue focused work. Users receive personalised productivity insights and action plans which are powered by ‘MyAnalytics’.
Measure and Improve – Make sure your change programs are successful by measuring progress against goals over time. These can be seen to improve as users are able to see which action plans succeed or fail in changing teamwork habits.
