Dynamics 365 Help + Support Centre

Now we all know how hard it can be to get help and support when you need it!

But Microsoft have now introduced the new Help + Support ticketing experience. Although this new feature can only be used by admins, its a great improvement on the support experience for users. Microsoft have released this new feature in order to hopefully provide a quick experience from ticket raised to ticket closed.

As this feature is only available in the admin centre, you will need to have either a Global, Service, Billing or Support admin role.

Hopefully this new feature will prove a hit and make moany users support experience less stressful 🙂
