We had a recent customer request asking for the location of DHCPUTIL.exe & the DHCPConfigScript.bat in there S4B environment.
There’s not much on the web to relate to where it’s situated, but if you’re after it you’ll find it located on your Skype Servers in “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Skype for Business Server 2015” ?
