I was recently on a customer site attempting to configure .NET Application Performance Monitoring (APM).
System Center 2012 R2 Operations Manager supports monitoring of .NET applications running on Internet Information Services 7 (IIS7) and Internet Information Services 8 (IIS8).
There is therefore a requirement to install the Windows Server 2008 Internet Information Services 7 Management Pack and/or the Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Internet Information Services 8 Management Pack.
However you also need to add the APM Management Packs as well, these are not available to download from the catalog and you therefore need to import them from disk, both the IIS7 and IIS8 version are available on the System Center 2012 R2 installation media in the “ManagementPacks” folder.
