When troubleshooting issues with Lync Phone Edition on your Tanjay handsets. Upon the phone capturing logs you may use the ‘Send Logs’ option on the handset itself.
The phone will then send these logs to the Front End Server where it will be stored in the following directory fileserverLyncFileShare*WebServices*DeviceUpdateLogsClient.
The caveat to this is that the phone must be able to contact the Front End Server to be able to send the logs.
