While configuring Lync Mobility I came across the following error when browsing to the MCX and Autodiscover virtual directories:
Solution:
The Directory Browsing service had been installed with the Web Server (IIS) role. Enable Directory Browsing on the relevant IIS site:
- Open IIS Manager
- Navigate to the relevant site/virtual directory
- In the Features view, select Directory Browsing
- On the Directory Browsing page, in the Actions pane, click Enable
