Microsoft Dynamics 365 is basically the sales version of the bible. It’s a clever CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system that not only helps with building relationships but helps personal performance. Dynamics is magical in the sense of that every business department within a company can implement data that is relevant.

Dynamics 365 for Sales

Dynamics 365 for sales is a platform that empowers sellers with insights to personalise relationships with customers plus to predict customer needs. This will increase sales and help with the seller’s confidence. At every stage of the deal CRM gives recommended guidance that helps staying focused on moving deals forward.

You can gain visibility into sales performance with dashboards that utilises historical and predictive data. This will motivate sellers and promote teamwork within a work place. Help with hitting your numbers by setting goals, monitor results and provide timely feedback. From this hitting your numbers should before very easy.

Within Dynamics you can combine LinkedIn sales navigator to find relevant buyers which will result in an increase with sales. Dynamics is clever in the sense of you can connect to other apps and services you may already use.

Dynamics 365 for Marketing

Take Telemarketing for example they can use CRM to implement customers information like names and contact numbers. This will therefore be useful for Sales who can use that data to contact the customers to generate sales.

Within Dynamics for Marketing its good for attracting the right prospects and nurture leads from email marketing, web landing pages, webinars, phone calls, plus using Dynamics 365 connector for LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms.

Does simplifying an event sound good to you? Well with Dynamics, execute in both person or virtual events by easy management of registrations, speakers, venue logistics and attendance data. You can also use Microsoft Social Engagement to build a social platform, source new leads and engage with both prospects and customers throughout social platforms.

Dynamics 365 for Public Sector

Being in a Public Sector you are maybe thinking will any of this be any use to me? And the answer to that question is Yes! Not only can Dynamics be used within sales, marketing etc; but can be utilised within day to day jobs in the Public Sector.

So, when you are putting your data for bin collections, dynamics can be used for that. When dealing with customer complaints, dynamics can be used for that. You get my point.

CRM is clever in the sense that it can log everything, so say someone calls about a certain tree that has fallen and is causing issues. You can go into your Dynamics system, type the location and the number for that certain tree will come in.

Maybe a council house owner calls to say they have a leak in the roof, Dynamics is beneficial enough that making a repair order would be simple, just pop details of the issue, book a day for a contractor to go out and wham! Sorted (let’s just hope the contractor turns up.)

Dynamics 365 for Retail

Dynamics for retail is used mainly to create a seamless shopping experience for your customers, it increases revenue, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty by providing a consistent shopping experience through stores, mobile, web and call centres.

It enables different channel buying so customers will have the flexibility to either buy in-store, pick up in another location or have the comfort of a home delivery. Customers can also use gift cards and promotional coupons across different channels; this creates an increase in brand loyalty.

You can manage product demand by offering products at the correct price and allocate stores based on season, market demand and competitive pressures. Plus offering products tracking product information, categories, assortment and pricing.

Reduce fulfilment costs and improve inventory utilisation – also efficiently manage your business using both customer and operational insights. Dynamics helps with managing stock counts and enables the correct inventory at the right locations, making your business run more seamless.

Licensing costs

With Dynamics 365 you can purchase various versions of the software the most basic –  Customer Engagement Plan includes Sales, Customer Service, Project Service Automation, Field Service, Marketing, Microsoft Social Engagement and PowerApps.

You then have the Unified Operations Plan which has Finance and Operations, Retail, Talent and PowerApps.

You then have Dynamics 365 Plan that includes Finance and Operations, Retail, Talent, Sales, Customer Service, Project Service Automation, Field Service, Marketing, Microsoft Social Engagement and PowerApps.
