This ensures healthcare providers have the relevant information in advance, and can accurately forecast patient requirements and the availability of care provision.

Remote Worker

A bespoke application which puts client and business information into the hands of staff ensuring they can make informed decision when working away from the office (such as home visits external meetings, court attendance etc.) as well as being able to update case information whilst working remotely. This app also allows staff to confirm safe arrival and departure from their external visit and allows managers to monitor this.

Social Care Manager

Ensuring case information can be accessed and securely shared between organisations through a single case management system. Staff can access and update cases remotely, be alerted by the system on activities and risk, and receive enhanced analytics to inform strategic service delivery. Download leaflet here.
