Our methodologies are market moving. We develop our consultants and train them up to make sure they have the right approach to think outside the box. We make sure our consultants have the required skillset to carry out their task properly, therefore, they have all completed Microsoft-approved exams – this helps to keep them well prepared for tackling any project.

Our consulting division comprises both technical and business expertise. Our subject matter experts deliver public sector transformation and implement IT solutions. Our consultants are here to represent risual as a ‘trusted advisor’, this means that your business can rely on us for impartial and strategic IT advice. We can clearly define any solution or issue and then advise you with how best to deal with it.
We have developed long-term working partnerships with organisations which have lasted for over a decade. Being set-up to deliver widescale change - we're prepared and equipped to roll out complete enterprise changes.

We have been delivering the digital transformation propositions of Optimised Service Vision, Connected Business and End User Computing for the past five years now. We hypothesised that these would be the key areas faced by organisations, which has been proven correct.

Digital transformation is now the focus for the IT industry. Microsoft reported a focus on improving IT as a service through three key avenues; cloud technology, information availability and improving end user experience.
Our two Technology Businesses are organised into six specialised practices (App Dev, Business Productivity, CRM, Unified Comms and Cloud Infrastructure). Each practice contains specialists qualified in a subset of technologies, ensuring a high level of expertise and quality outcomes in all projects. This gives us breadth across all Microsoft technology areas to provide a comprehensive solution and the ability to deliver complex projects across multiple disciplines.

The Business Group supports customers through the lifecycle of an IT solution, from initial decision making, through delivery and into operations. The group is made up of three practices; Architecture, Engagement Management and Business Analysis. These teams can deliver business-focused strategies that help customers maximise their investments and meet their business goals.
