Console crash when viewing a SCSM SLA

I recently come up against an issue for a customer where the console would crash when clicking on the SLA tab of both the incident and service request forms. When looking though the Service Level Objectives and opening the calendar would give the error

Message: Method not found: ‘Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Reporting.TimeZoneInformation Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Reporting.TimeZoneInformationCollection.FindMatchingTimeZoneId(System.String)’

This was due to the management server running UR4 for SCSM 2012 R2 but the console I was running was only running the base 2012 R2 code base. The simple way to resolve is to ensure all the components are up to the latest update.
